MAIL-IN RENEWALS
Mail-in renewal checks can be addressed to:

If you are not mailing in your renewal reminder card with your check, you must write your license plate number or the last 8 digits of the VIN on your check's memo line. Otherwise, your check will be returned to you and the tags will not be renewed.
Please allow 2+ weeks to process your mail-in renewal. Oftentimes, the majority of renewal checks aren't processed until the last few days of the month. This means you might not receive your tabs until after the first of the following month. Your plate will show up in the State computer system as being renewed as soon as we process your check- law enforcement uses this same system, and will see that your vehicle is current.
