Eligibility Criteria:

  • The Gallatin County Treatment Court is a voluntary post-conviction adult treatment that provides an alternative to traditional sentencing.

  • Complete application and screening process. 

  • 18-month program goal.

  • Have an identifiable substance use disorder.

Program requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Addictions counseling

  • Mental health therapy

  • Frequent drug and alcohol testing

  • Weekly reporting to a case manager

  • Attendance at support group meetings

  • Service to the community

  • Community referrals
