Eligibility Criteria:
The Gallatin County Treatment Court is a voluntary post-conviction adult treatment that provides an alternative to traditional sentencing.
Complete application and screening process.
18-month program goal.
Have an identifiable substance use disorder.
Program requirements include, but are not limited to:
Addictions counseling
Mental health therapy
Frequent drug and alcohol testing
Weekly reporting to a case manager
Attendance at support group meetings
Service to the community
Community referrals
