Gallatin County Requests for Proposals - Gallatin County Detention Center Inmate On-Site Dental Provider
Introduction: To all interested vendors: Gallatin County is seeking proposals from "vendors" to provide goods and services (per specifications on Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein).
Delivery Deadline and Instructions: Delivered no later than 3 PM on Thursday May 21, 2026, in a sealed box or envelope with company name shown clearly on the outside, address to: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL INMATE ON-SITE DENTAL PROVIDER Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder 311 West Main St, Room 203 Bozeman, MT. 59715.
PROPOSALS THAT ARE SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND SHALL BE REJECTED.

Questions/Clarifications: Any questions related to the proposal or scope of work must be emailed to the contact listed above prior to noon on Monday May, 4, 2026. Responses to these questions will be answered via addendum.
Proposal Opening: Request for Proposals will be opened at Gallatin County Courthouse, Clerk and Recorder's Office, Room 203, 311 W. Main St. Bozeman, MT. 59715 at 3 PM on Thursday May 21, 2026 or upon reasonable notice to the Vendors.
Amendments to Request for Proposal: Any substantial interpretation or correction of this Request for Proposals "RFP" will be made by written addendum and posted to Gallatin County's Requests for Bids & Proposals Website.
